Our Services

  • Music Therapy for Kids, Teens, and Adults

Individual music therapy sessions can focus on emotional coping, communication, sensory and emotion regulation, emotional awareness, self-expression, attention, executive function, social and relationship skills, gross and fine motor skills, and/or auditory processing. Yes, we really can address any of those things within the music and music-making!

Music therapy is suitable for people of all ages, abilities, and musical backgrounds. Our therapists will work with you to determine target goal areas, strengths, and musical interests, and then off we’ll go on a musical journey together!

  • Music Therapy for Older Adults

Whether you’re looking to provide extra support for a parent or an adult in your care, looking for an extra boost within a rehabilitation protocol, or you are a facility looking to bring a unique service with exceptional value to your residents, we can support meaningful quality of life all the way until a person’s last days.

Music therapy is a powerful way to lift spirits and improve moods, exercise long and short-term memory, keep brains active and healthy, build relationships, engage in the present moment, and foster connection and expression.

  • Music Lessons

As music instructors who are also board-certified music therapists, we tailor our approach for each and every student (traditional and non-traditional learners alike) to find the methods and the music that light each person’s fire.

Private lessons available in piano, guitar, ukulele, and percussion.
